SSC CHSL Application Form 2024 Released The SSC has released the SSC CHSL application form 2024 on its official website ssc.gov.in. Candidates can apply online from 8th April to 7th May 2024. The application form correction window will be open on 10th and 11th May 2024. Through this exam, the Staff Selection Commission aims to fill 3712 vacancies for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 10+2 Examination, 2024.

How to Apply Online for SSC CHSL 2024 Exam? To facilitate candidates, we have outlined a step-by-step process for filling out the SSC CHSL 2024 application form.
Step-1: Visit the SSC Official website & Click on ‘Apply for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2024’ Go to ssc.gov.in, the official website of Staff Selection Commission, and click on ‘Apply for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2024.’
Step-2: Register as a New Candidate Ensure you have a valid personal email ID and mobile number for communication throughout the recruitment process. All important communication, including registration number and password, will be sent to this registered email ID.
Step-3: Enter Basic Details Follow the link to the online application form. Candidates should apply only once per post. For each category of post, candidates must apply separately and pay the applicable fee. Before proceeding with One-Time Registration, gather the following information/documents:
- Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
- Email ID (to be verified through OTP)
- Aadhaar Number. If Aadhaar Number is not available, provide one of the following ID Numbers (original document required later):
- Voter ID Card
- PAN
- Passport
- Driving License
- School/College ID
- Employer ID (Govt./PSU/Private)
- Details of the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination.
- Disability Certificate Number, if applicable.
Step-4: Fill Additional Details Select your preferred Examination Centers. Candidates can choose three centers in order of priority within the same region. Once chosen, no requests for center changes will be entertained.
If seeking age relaxation, select the appropriate category.
Indicate your highest educational qualification.
Provide information on Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), applicable for unreserved candidates only.
Step-5: Upload Scanned Copies of Photograph and Signature Upload a scanned color passport-size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The photograph dimensions should be approximately 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
Upload a scanned signature in JPEG format (10 KB to 20 KB). The signature dimensions should be approximately 4.0 cm (width) x 3.0 cm (height).
Note: Applications with blurred photographs or signatures will be rejected.
Step-6: Pay Application Fee for SSC CHSL Exam Pay the fee online via BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards, or in SBI Branches using SBI Challan. The examination fee varies by category:
- General/OBC: Rs. 100
- Women, SC, ST, PwD, & Ex-Servicemen: Nil
Step-7: Final Submission of Application Complete the declaration by clicking “I agree,” fill in the captcha code, and preview and verify the information. Finally, click on “Submit” to complete the application. Before final submission, ensure all details are correctly filled, and verify the previews of the photograph and signature.
After successfully submitting the online application, candidates must print a copy of the application form. When called for after the Computer Based Examination, submit the application form along with the required documents, duly self-attested.
SSC CHSL 2024 Application Form Correction Candidates can correct their SSC CHSL application form after final submission. The correction window is open on 10th and 11th May 2024. However, only limited changes can be made during this period. After the correction window closes, no requests for changes in the application form will be entertained by the Commission.
