How to Fill NATA Application Form Online?

To be eligible to fill out the NATA exam registration form, you must have completed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics.

Before proceeding with the NATA 2025 registration form, ensure you meet the NATA Eligibility Criteria 2025 set by the exam conducting body, or your application will be canceled. Follow these steps to avoid any mistakes while filling out the online form.

Step 1: NATA Registration

1. Visit the official NATA website and click on the "New Registration" button at the bottom right corner of the page.
2. Enter your email address, which will be used as your username. A verification link will be sent to your email.
3. Choose a password, select a security question, provide the answer, enter the captcha, and click "Login."

Step 2: Filling the NATA Application Form

1. Re-login to the website using your email ID and password.
2. Fill in your personal details, including:
   • Full name
   • Parent's name
   • Category
   • Nationality
   • Aadhar number
3. Enter your academic qualifications, such as class 10th and 12th marks, pass status, board, and year of passing.

Step 3: Upload Documents

1. Upload scanned copies of your signature and photo in the specified format:
   • Photograph: Size 4 KB - 100 KB, Dimensions 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm
   • Signature: Size 1 KB - 30 KB, Dimensions 1.5 cm x 3.5 cm
2. Provide your communication details.

Step 4: NATA 2025 Application Fee Payment

1. Pay the application fee online. The fee varies by category:

Step 5: Take a Printout of the NATA Application Form

1. After successful payment, a Confirmation Page is generated.
2. Take a printout of the Confirmation Page for future reference. You do not need to send any documents to the Council by post.

Pre-requisites to fill NATA Registration Form 2025

Ensure you have the following documents ready before applying for the NATA 2025 entrance exam:

• SSC or Class 10th Marksheet
• Class 12 Marksheet
• Photo ID proof (e.g., Passport, Driving License, UID Card, class 12th admit card with signature and photograph, College Identity Card)
• Scanned Photograph and Signature in proper size and format (JPEG/JPG format)
• Photo Identity Proof
• Debit card/Credit Card/Net banking details
• Caste certificate if applicable (SC/ST category)

Details to be Filled in the NATA Application Form 2025

According to the notification, you need to provide the following details while filling out the NATA 2025 Application Form:

• Personal Information: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Person with Disability (PwD), Place of Residence, Nationality, Aadhar Number
• Course and Exam City Options: First, second, and third choice of Exam City
• Educational Details: Class X or equivalent
• Communication Details: Address, Locality, City/Town/Village, State, District, Pin code, Email Address, Mobile Number, Landline number with STD code, or any other contact number
• Password Creation: Choose your password, confirm your password, select a security question, provide a security answer, and enter a security pin.
